Service Description

Hammock class is available for any person who has Aerial foundation skills, and is suitable for mixed levels. In this class you will learn tricks, drops and will create beautiful shapes and sequences in the aerial Hammock. You will be using your own body weight to build strength flexibility and balance. 55 minutes classes available on Mondays at 6.30pm
