Aerial Silks Level 2 and 3

Service Description

Silks classes are available for any person who has Aerial foundation skills, a range of levels are available, if you are unsure of which level you should book into, get in touch and we’ll figure it out. In this class you will learn tricks and will create beautiful shapes and sequences on the aerial silks. You will be using your own body weight to build strength flexibility and balance. 55 minutes classes available on Thursdays at 6.30pm
