Aerial Yoga All Levels

Service Description

Aerial Yoga will allow you to explore stretches, conditioning and inversions with the support of a hammock. This will allow you to decompress your spine while being securely held by the fabric. Each class will include 5 to 10 minutes of relaxation and meditation in your own cocoon, providing a true serene experience. 55 minutes classes available on Mondays at 7.30pm, Thursdays 5.30pm and Saturdays at 9.30am
