Beginner Straps with Aaron Koz

Service Description

A two hour introduction into the different skill types and movements on straps. Participants will walk away with progressions for rolling, sequencing, spins, beats, and switches. Workshop content will be built relative to participant level and goals. Encouraged prerequisites: safe 2-arm inversion, 1-3 pull-ups, 2-4 push-ups, inverted pike/straddle pull-up, exposure to any beat or flare pathways.
