Learn half-releases and full release prep for things like j-flips, cartwheels, cut catches, and more! This workshop is aimed at showcasing a variety of kind of scary but safe with progressions dynamic aerial skills on rope/silks/straps/etc. Many skills taught can be done on any apparatus except sling/chains. Get ready to eat mat, do nifty tricks, and be safely afraid with scaled and spotted progressions for catch and release movements, beats, and more.
