This workshop will focus on fluid movement, ease of transitions and flowing through shapes on the hoop. Because it is more style based, it is suitable for beginners and up. Feel Good Flow is just that - beautiful lyra choreography that feels good in your body. Laura is a professional aerialist and performer currently based in Japan. She has performed in theme parks, on cruise ships, many corporate events and various shows around the world. She is known for her signature flow style on the hoop which is influenced by her many years dancing.
